Column More-Link Render Hooks

Column more-links appear in TimeGrid view when too many timed events overlap within a day column.

columnMoreLinkClass - a ClassName Input for the column more-link element

columnMoreLinkInnerClass - a ClassName Input for the inner wrapper of the column more-link. Useful for adjusting padding.
